Gorgeous, Clean, Upstairs, 4-min Walk to St. James

As a traveling healthcare professional, one of the most daunting challenges in our field is finding housing. Not to mention safe, clean, and affordable housing. If you are browsing properties and are lucky enough to have this unit or ANY unit open in the complex during your contract dates, look no further. Mr. Durham is a very communicative and reasonable landlord. He treats all his tenants as VIP guests. The unit itself was spotless, beyond clean, and comfortable. I stayed here over 2 + contracts and will stay again! Thank you Mr. Durham, You Rock!

Loved the location of this rental, definitely recommend it if you are young as its close to pretty much everything to do in Butte. I also felt very safe my whole time staying here which is huge. Beautiful views from front and back porch!! P was a wonderful and attentive landlord who always responded to messages quickly and was always happy to have anything fixed/ help with anything needed. If youre considering Butte/ this apartment I 10/10 recommend both!!

I rented this apartment during my travel contract. A quaint little apartment, in a great location. Within walking distance to many great restaurants, and nightlife. Also, Pis an amazing landlord. Top notch communication. Very prompt to respond and on top of things. I would definitely rent from him again. Im actually quite sad to leave this place.
