This place is in a good location, close to the hospital but the property is older. On top of that it's not well kept by the owners. The front door was the main problem. The frame seems a little off and the keypad wouldn't work sometimes. The owner gave me a key, but only after the second time it happened. I found the kitchen to be rather inadequate as well. Few pots, pans or utensils. The dishwasher kept falling out because it's not properly fixed in place. Also, the TV was an older version so I couldn't get any apps other than netflix. For $2,200 per month I expected better than this.

Thank you for your feedback! It helps us significantly when knowing of these issues DURING your stay so we can correct them. Starting with the Smart Lock, we opted to preserve your privacy instead of coming to replace it, this is why we offered a hard key for the remainder of your stay. (This issue has been resolved and was caused by water damage to the lock) Our kitchen is stocked with the basics however your feedback has made us seriously consider acquiring more cooking items. The dishwasher issue was never mentioned and is an easy fix. As for the TV, it's a FIRESTICK which allows for much more than Netflix, this was likely a user error and could've been resolved by presenting the issue to us to help assist you. During your stay any issues presented to us were promptly addressed, it seems you were silent on a few instead of notifying us. While we aren't sure the motive behind this, we appreciate your feedback in helping us improve and wish you the best in your endeavours.
