Cheerful neighborhood! One block off from Hamilton Blvd. which is a great street for shops, fast food and dining in food.

I cannot say enough great things about not only this property but also the owners! The owners are the sweetest and most down to earth people you will EVER meet in Sioux City and they put love into every home they own. The decor was something out of a Martha Stewart magazine and they even thought of little touches to maximize comfort! The kitchen has all of the appliances you will ever need, including an air fryer and blender! I couldnt believe how accommodating they were with all of the finishing touches in the house and even have dish detergent, laundry soap, and cleaning supplies! I highly recommend anyone, ESPECIALLY traveling nurses to stay here. This was my first travel assignment and I just felt so BLESSED to have found this property and now have friends in Sioux City! I promise you will not be disappointed with this gem! Dont pass this one up!
