Comfy Private Studio San Diego/La Mesa CA

This is a great little studio with all the amenities you could need. Location is awesome and nice and quiet. Deborah is a great host, very responsive, helpful and sweet. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This AMAZING studio is just as described in the pictures and then some. We are a traveling nurse and military family and have stayed in numerous properties but this studio was absolutely the best place of them all. You will have all of your accommodations met including your own washer & dryer. Our stay here has been so pleasant and comfortable and the owners D & J made sure we were well accommodated and that they were available if needed anytime. I highly recommend this studio, I guarantee you wont be disappointed! Thanks D and J:)

The studio is cozy and spacious. It has up to date appliances and all the kitchenware you might need to cook and bake. Extra linens, towels, and blankets are provided as well as starter toiletries. The mattress is very comfortable especially after a long night shift. Stackable washer/dryer is a definite bonus. Just bring your personal belongings and you're good to go!

The apartment is immaculately clean. The laundry area is super convenient, and the host is responsive to questions and helpful with finding anything you may need locally. When I told her the lid to the trash can was broken, I had a new trash can within a couple of hours. Amazing. As for parking, it is on the street but the road is really wide and you can see your car through the windows to the apartment. The neighborhood is also very clean and well kept. I felt safe taking long walks in this area.

This is the perfect little studio apartment in the nicest neighborhood. It is convenient to everything. The layout of the apartment is perfect and there is a huge closet with plenty of storage. The kitchen is completely stocked with every gadget imaginable. I love to cook and enjoyed the full size appliances, especially the gas stove. D is amazing to work with, she even gave me travel recommendations when I went to Waikiki for a long weekend. Whenever I had any issues it was addressed immediately! I truly appreciate that! This studio is by far the best place that I have stayed in during any of my travel assignments. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!!

This property was the perfect place for me while I completed my travel nurse assignment. It is comfy/cozy and had everything I needed. It even comes with a washer/dryer! There is ample parking right in front of the property. The neighborhood is nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The landlord is very responsive and is always there to answer any questions that may come up!

The room was nice and it has all what we needed. Peaceful neighborhood. The owners are really nice. The dryer broke down and they replaced it right away. Very convenient, very near to my wifes work. Near to grocery stores and restaurants. We are so thankful that we found this property and we are so fortunate to be the first renter. We will definitely go back here.
