Cozy private 2 bed 1 bath spot

This property is in a great location. Right across the street from the hospital and close walking distance to downtown Bristol. However, that's the only good thing about it. I never met the landlord personally, but he would come into the house unannounced often to work on renovations. He was unaccommodating, and increased the rent to $2600. AC was not set-up, so we had to install ourselves; being on the 2nd floor temperatures increased easily over 80 degrees, frequently. Kitchen pots & pans were old, scratched, rusted, and unusable. Beds were uncomfortable.

Perfectly comfortable place to spend your downtime. Plenty of the basic amenities. Safe neighborhood. J is very responsive and helpful with any issues that might arise.

My girlfriend and I are travel nurses that rented here for a few months. It is very spacious! It is an old house but the apartment has been updated. It has a very nice, fenced in yard. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. J was an excellent landlord and always had direct and clear communication. He always was attentive to our needs.

We absolutely loved staying here. J was very welcoming and responsive. The place was clean and spacious. The area is quiet and felt very safe.

Great place to stay. Comfortable house, conveniently located. The owner is very nice taking care of all your needs and beyond. He gives very good tips for the area. You will feel like at home here!
