Bobby & his wife, Jamie, was great! They was very responsive if there was any questions or situations, and addressed them promptly. The house was very cute and comfortable. It had all the necessities that you would need. It was very close to the hospital, Unity Point, grocery stores, and restaurants. It was located in safe environment. I felt safe. It was a good stay. It felt like a little home. I would stay there again if I was in Sioux City.
Bobby and Jamie were great hosts. I made sure to keep them updated on any malfunctions with the property. They were quick to respond and take care of the problem. The location is very convenient to Unity Point. you're not burning any gas! It's also convenient to all your local shops, grocery stores, and parks. The place was cute and comfortable with nice windows for all the natural sunlight. I recommend this location to any traveler who is looking for a great host and a nice, convenient location for your assignment!
Great place about 15 minutes away from Dunes. Easy commute, 5 min away from groceries. Stocked well with essentials. Bed very was comfortable. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions.
Tidy and cute. B and J were quick to respond to all my needs. And it was so nice having such a short drive to unity point.
Honestly was the best stay ever, so welcoming and helpful. If you had any questions or concerns they were always a call away and got back to you in a timely manner! I would recommend staying here for your stay

Hello! We are both in the education field and have 3 active kids! Twin Daughters and their older Brother by 2 1/2 years. Doctors, Nurses, and other health professionals have played a big part in our lives as 2 of our 3 kids have hospitalized for an extended amount of time. During those difficult time, the health care professionals were amazing taking care of our children and helping them get back to full strength! We are forever grateful!
