Quiet Room, Private Bath, Garage Spot, Shared House & Yard

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The owner is friendly and super hospitable, and she knows the area very well, taking me on a tour when I first arrived. Her cat is adorable and a sweet companion. As for the room, it's decently sized with plenty of storage space, a private bathroom. Also pantry space to store food and space to cook. Conversations are encouraged, privacy is always respected. Overall, I have nothing bad to say, it was great!

T is an easygoing landlord with an adorable playful cat. The house is well kept and there is space for you to store food in the pantry and fridge. The private bath is right next to the bedroom in a back corner of the house, but if you want to hang out outside of the room there is space to do so. The backyard is a great space when the weather is nice. Overall it was a great experience staying here and getting to know T!

My stay and experience was genuinely amazing. The house was cozy and clean. T was very accommodating, friendly, and a great host. She was very welcoming, personable, responsive, and open to any requests made. She went above and beyond for my stay and was simply great company! Not to mention her house pet, Archie, was such a cute and well-behaved cat whose company I appreciated. Given that it was my first time being away from home, the neighbors were very friendly and this property was located in a very safe, quiet community. Walks in the summer/fall were the best because of the scenic views! Moreover, location was great as it was minutes away from St Luke's main campus and other restaurants/stores. I highly recommend this place!!

I have enjoyed my stay immensely. My bedroom and bathroom are quiet, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Requests and repairs were done quickly. Tracey is companionable, generous, yet respectful of privacy. Area requires carb nothing in walking distanceMust be ok with steps.
