    We have completed the the final stages of construction of our new home on property that has been family owned since the 1970"s and have continuously rented the property since Jan 1, 2022. We are a middle aged couple with grown children who wish to share the guest suite located on the second floor of our home with the traveling nurses/doctors coming to our area.
