Hughes cashed the $400 money order even though she was told before she received it not to cash, and lied that same day she already received it and deposited it according to USPS tracking she didn't receive til the next day. She is not an honest individual to blatantly lie to someone and keep funds that were not a deposit. She even still had the dates I was coming as available. the last time she updated the availability was 11/2023 I was to arrive 1/13/2024. She is not returning any of my text.
contract was rescinded January 15, 2024 @ 246pm CST, I alerted DH and submitted letter from company I paid $250 deposit to hold stay from February-August 2024, instead of staying in a hotel from Jan 13th -31st 2024 I D agreed that I would pay $800 in two installments $400 then the remainder $400 January 26th. Money ordered was mailed on the 2nd D told me she already deposited check when I went online to check the tracking of the money order on January 6th it was just delivered that day. D didn't say the truth about already receiving money order on the the 5th when it wasnt delivered til the 6th I advised her that I have stopped payment on money order to destroy it or send it back to me. I havent yet had a response
