T is a super host. He is friendly, responsive, helpful and accommodating. This FF located very close to hospitals and public transit so is perfect for traveling nurses and more. The space is shared but you will have plenty of space to store your belongings. Library and beautiful walking trails are minutes away from the property. I would definitely consider this FF if you want to stay in Cleveland. D

What an absolute gem. This is a professionally run location and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the way everything is set up. Comfy 12inch memory foam mattresses and everything you need in the bedrooms plus the private bathroom, your own cabinet space and a couple refrigerators in the fully equipped kitchen. I loved the housemates and I think the property rules help having a quiet and clean environment so that we can all relax and enjoy our time off. The WiFi was really great and the fact that laundry is on site and you have off street parking is an added convenience. Great location, it takes me 5min to get to the hospital and I can walk and run in the Cultural Gardens when the weather is nice or drive a few minutes to the Marina and the Lake. University Circle has a bunch of food options when I dont feel like cooking and theres a new Planet Fitness if you want to work out. I will be coming back if I get another contract in Cleveland.

I'm a travel nurse at Cleveland Clinic & stayed at two other locations prior to renting here. This property beats out the others in terms of location (only 2 miles from Main Campus), functionality & the responsiveness of the landlord. Each bedroom is equipped with basic furniture (twin bed, dresser, desk & shelves) & a full private bathroom. The kitchen is the only shared living space, which has 2 full size refrigerators shared among 6 tenants. Each tenant is assigned their own section of cabinets & drawers for storage. Basic cookware & small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle & air fryer) are provided. There is a washing machine & dryer located in the basement. A security camera is affixed to the property's entrance and overlooks the spacious driveway. The landlord, T, is easily accessible by phone & responds to issues in a timely manner. If you're looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay, this is the place for you.

I am a travel nurse. I found this property near Cleveland clinic. I had no problems for the time i stayed. I had my own room and personal bathroom. Laundry and kitchen available. I worked nights but never had any issues with the noise during the day. Teds always available for anything anytime. I would probably extend my stay here

I'm so happy to have found this property. I appreciate the effort that the property managers have put towards the comfort of their guests. There is more than enough storage space in the shared kitchen for everyone, including two refrigerators. They also place emphasis on safety of the building, cleanliness, and respect towards housemates regarding noise levels (as we all work different shifts). Of the four other places that I have traveled to, this is also the most comfortable bed so far! The location is close to all of the hospitals in the city. I will definitely choose to stay here as long as I have an assignment in this city.

Great place to stay. T is friendly and caring. Im a travel nurse working in the icu at Cleveland Clinic. Roommates are very respectful and the place is clean and quiet Bed is very comfy! Area is safe and in a prime location.

This is absolutely perfect for what I need! Owner is very kind and attentive. The space is clean and well planned. I love having my own allotted kitchen storage and bathroom. Only minutes from the hospital, not to mention close to wonderful food and easy highway access. Hidden gem for sure!

I am a traveling nurse & stayed here for my contract at Cleveland Clinic- main campus. You get your own room & share a bathroom with one other person. There is a shared kitchen with plenty of room for everyone living on that floor. This specific property is female healthcare workers only which I love the concept of! I felt very safe here and its only 5 min from CCF, UH, or VA hospitals. Its quiet & in my experience everyone was very respectful. The land lords are incredibly flexible & great to work with. And you cant beat the price!! My one and only critique is that the shower water isnt very hot but I suppose thats due to many ppl living in one house. Overall I highly recommend this place!

This place is centrally located to 3 big hospitals in Ohio.(Cleveland clinic, UH Hospital, and VA hospital) . The main roads and highways are easily accessible. Its near the museums and few steps away from Rockefeller Park where I do my morning walks. And most of all I have the most accommodating host in the planet. T is awesome. He went out of his way to help me settled in and even helped me a few times to jump start my car during the first snowfall. You cant find a better host than T. The place is safe and theres free parking..

Property listing was accurate and well designed for sharing spaces. Two bathrooms and two refrigerators with multiple trash cans was the most practical design Ive seen this far. I also like how responsive T/D were.
