Doug was a great landlord he was always prompt and professional in addressing any issues that arose, and I always felt they were genuinely invested in my well-being as a tenant. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful landlord. Good off street parking in a decent neighborhood. Plenty of shops, and restaurants in the area.

Doug was a great landlord. The place is clean and well furnished. Hes very attentive, and a great communicator. I unfortunately had to move out early due to my contract being cancelled but he made everything really easy, from moving in to moving out. I would definitely stay here again. I moved into Doug's place which is 5 minutes from ascension hospital. I highly recommend it. There were a couple issues that I found when moving in, but EVERY TIME when I brought it up to Doug. He immediately resolved it. Water pressure and water heat - he came over to check on it. The dryer wasn't working, he tried to fix it that day, but couldn't and got someone else to fix it ASAP. If there is anything you need to make your stay better he will make it happen. He is the epotime of "Midwest Nice" whether it is ordering something you need or having a chat. Highly recommend renting from him.

D was the perfect landlord! His apartment was just what i was looking for. I was on call and it was very close to the hospital. It was very clean, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!

Great little apartment! There's plenty of room to stretch out. Bed is comfortable. Full kitchen with supplies for cooking. Landlord is very responsive! Dedicated off road parking. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice owner, decent place, good area. It's not great for night shift but perfect for anyone else. If you work nights bring black out curtains and a white noise machine and you should be fine.

Great space- plenty of room and storage! We loved having off street parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

My first travel contract away from home and this property was perfect! My cat and I felt comfortable calling this home for the summer. In a nice location nearby grocery stores and gas stations and plenty of hospitals within commuting distance. Landlord was super attentive to issues and needs and always kept in great contact. Amenities were everything I could ask for when living away from home. Would definitely choose to stay here again!
