Bright, Airy 1 Bedroom with Beautiful Oceanviews

I've been living in STR's for 18 months now while traveling the country, and this place was by far my favorite. The view alone is worth the money, but the unit was also very nice and clean. VERY spacious for a 1 br. My parents came and stayed with me for a little over 2 weeks; there were 3 of us plus my small dog, and we really didn't crowd each other at all. They said the pullout sofa was comfortable. Location is amazing, with the boardwalk and Amtrak station within walking distance. I loved this unit, and I will definitely book it next time I'm in OOB.

Travel RN working at Maine Medical Center. I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The unit was bright and open with an amazing view of the ocean and sunrise. Easy commute to the hospital, and downtown Portland, which took approximately 20-25 minutes. The strip to downtown Old Orchard was only one block away and the beach was about a five minute walk. Walgreens and other shops were also within walking distance. I was there during off season working midnights; very quiet. The landlord, D, was awesome; she was always quick to respond; and, after I left she quickly inspected the unit and promptly returned my deposit. If I return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!!! The views are AMAZING. Quiet location during the off season, but bustling with good energy during season. The Amtrak station is close by which makes it super easy to walk to to get to Boston. The landlords are available with a text or phone call and live close by. The are not micromanagers so you will definitely have your privacy. The rental is quite spacious with a large kitchen, dining area and living room. The bed is super comfortable with the bedroom a perfect size. The living room couch also pulls out into a bed, but its also quite comfortable to fall asleep on while watching tv. The bathroom is full sized with a tub/shower. There are 2 assigned parking spots so no worries about parking. The public library is right behind the building. Walgreens is on the corner as well as an amazing hair salon that is in walking distance. Grocery stores are quite close as well. The area is very safe so you wont ever have to worry about your safety.
