This unit is clean and cozy as per the unit description. Our construction crew has stayed in the unit on and off for over a year now and has not had any issues. The Owner has been great to work with and very accommodating to all our needs. The unit is close to shopping centers and all your basic needs. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in the Eugene area.
