Great little house that fit all of our needs. Super comfortable beds and good water pressure, the dogs enjoyed the yard

We loved our stay in this home. There is ample space and everything you need (even starter supplies). The home is freshly remodeled with cute decor. I felt like it was my home while working at Mercy One. The Poll's are very attentive with anything you might need.

Beautifully remodeled home, perfect for the traveling nurse. Nicely decorated to help you feel right at home during your travels. The property will accommodate multiple tenants comfortably if you have a travel mate. The owners are amazing and very attentive to the tenants needs. Should I ever make my way back to Dubuque, I would certainly spend my nights here, if it's available. Absolutely, no complaints from this former tenant.

I am a traveling nurse with Aya Healthcare. The rental unit is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt at home right away when I moved in. Unit has brightly lit parking area on street and behind unit. Has a washer and dryer in the unit. Ample space for storage including a shed for bikes. Great price for a great unit. Landlords are easy to get in touch with and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
