Hi! The neighborhood is very safe and pretty quiet. In the evening some of the locals will walk with their dogs and family down to the park. There are nice walking trails near our local water canal. The water comes from the Seirra Nevada's that is a world attraction from guest all over the country. They have some of the biggest redwood trees. One specifically the German Sherman. It's just about a 45-minute drive from this place...

J is a great host! I stayed here for several months. J was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. The studio is in a safe and quiet neighborhood . I would highly recommend staying here!

J is an amazing and very accommodating host. He was always very responsive, respectful, and willing to help out! The place is small but has the necessities and if youre just looking for a place to be able to come back to relax, and unwind then its perfect. Not much of a kitchen area so youll have to eat out often or plan to eat frozen meals. The location is very nice and quiet with great parks and walking paths only minutes away.

J was an excellent host, we stayed here for over 3 months. He was very patient and extremely helpful while we were getting settled into Visalia. The location was in a great neighborhood, very quite and safe. I would highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. My wife is a nurse and found this a spot perfect for traveling nurses.
