The property was in a decent area and worth the price range of $1100. The layout of the property was a little "different" but not a big deal. Good and responsive host until the end. Don't expect to get any of your deposit back.

D, I am surprised at your review 7 mos after your check out of 8-17-23. Pls see my text msgs from that date that you never replied to. They clearly explain why I didn't send your deposit back. There isnt enough room here to list all issues, but here is an excerpt: Blood stains on both mattresses. Stained bed sheets & bed spreads that could not be cleaned. Bed spreads stained or ripped beyond repair, All bath towels were missing or stained with paint or bleach. Kitchen required additional cleaning - refrigerator/stove/oven had excessive spills, carpet/fan remotes/walls / placemats had yellow food stains that could not be cleaned. Entrance cabinet door broken. After many reminders, recycling bin had rotten trash and maggots inside. I normally expect extra cleaning after a longer stay, but with all of the items needing to be replaced, it exceeded your $500 deposit. Additionally, under the contract terms, your wife was not allowed to operate a hair and nails business from the unit

The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The home is exactly as pictured with some nice personal touches, and has all the necessities to be staying away from home. Communication with the owner was always quick and efficient. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for 2 months during my contract.
