The FROG is a separate living space accessed via stairway from the kitchen (see the attached layout). Most tenants park in the driveway (see house rules) and use the side garage door (through the laundry room/kitchen) for easy access.

The Verizon Fios extends to the screened back porch so you can relax and have dinner outside regardless of the weather in warmer months.
This unit is bright and airy with comfortable furniture and double pillow top mattress. The FROG is a quiet and private space to relax and unwind.
Quiet safe family neighborhood with tree-lined streets and plenty of sidewalks. Community park and playground 3 blocks away. Library one mile away and shopping center a half mile from home.

I am a travel RN and I can saystay clear of this property. The property owner is very very particular. She will text you almost every day about something trivial. At first it was hey make sure you lock the both the bolt and doorknob lock when you leave. That wasnt an issue except she wanted it locked even during the day. She does not do dishes in the dishwasher so you have to hand wash the dishes. The plates are from dollar tree and broke when I hand washed them. I have worked in many dish rooms in my 20s and plates dont break like that. The plate cut me and she was more worried about the dollar tree plates. I offered to buy new one and she said not to worry about it. Then she took out extra money from my deposit to pay for it. She also took extra money out for utilities due to the water bill being doubled. I only used the shower and the bathroom. I did not use excess water. She had a toilet issue with the chain not working in the tank. She didnt fix it. When she did laundry it would take her 3 days to do 2 loads of laundry. When I did laundry she told me to tell her when I was doing laundry. Her internet was 20gb/s maybe less for the first month and half. She said she would fix it but it took her a month and half to call Verizon. Even then the internet was horrible and only slightly improved . I ended up having to buy an 100 ft Ethernet cable to hard wire my laptop. She tried to get me to come flirt with the cleaning girls who were 18 and 19 years old. Super creepy and unprofessional. She has a 24 inch TV thats about 15 years old and stereo/cd player from the 90s$1000 a month and $1000 depositinsane to me for how outdated the room is. She also had power strips in the room that were daisy chained together which is very unsafe. She always had something that bothered her. She has no business renting out to travelers or people in general. I only received $760 out of my $1000 deposit. It was to the point where I did not want to use the bathroom or kitchen at all. I didnt want to leave my room. Please heed my advice and do not rent from this woman. Pay a little more or less and find a property manager who stays out of your business.
