and absolutely loved it. Very cozy, private, and close to everything. The live music from the close by cellars is a dream. The landlord was very polite, responsive, and attentive and took care of every little detail. Really a fabulous stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone
The cottage was conveniently located in historic downtown Jacksonville. Very convenient to nearby Medford where I worked. The owner was a very kind gentleman. The neighbors were also very friendly. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the cottage. Local grocery store is three minutes away. I highly recommend this property. This cottage felt like home. That was especially nice when I was about 2500 miles away from home.
This cute little property was so cozy and fun to stay at! We are not super social nor do we do much activities as our workload is pretty overwhelming and this location gave us the chance to just walk out the door and have some fun walking to eat, coffee, the market, concerts etc! Its got everything you need and an amazing landlord which always makes things nice! I would highly recommend booking!

I grew up in Oregon and moved to Philly to attend college. I spent over 30 years on the East Coast, living in New Jersey and working in NYC, before moving back to Oregon. I was a tenant in the delightful unit and purchased it and the other buildings on the property from my landlord, consisting of a house, two rental units and another unit that was partially completed. I live on site. The place is very quiet, restful and restorative. I enjoy hiking, running, visiting with friends and family, attending Britt and theatre in Ashland, kayaking, the local wineries, the Redwoods, and the Oregon Coast.
