Bluegrass Paradise (UP)!

The unit is lovely, very spacious. However, be sure you screenshot the listing when you rent the property and pay close attention to the invoices each month in case the due date changes. I was overcharged for the cleaning deposit and for an extra day when my last few days were calculated at the end of the rental agreement. I paid the final invoice in good faith, but when I realized after it was paid that I had been overcharged, I was basically blown off by the landlords when I brought it to their attention. Also, if you will be working at UK Chandler, the distance in the listing is misleading. it's 21 miles, not 14. With traffic, that's about a 32-minute drive at 6 am and a 45-minute drive at 5:30 pm. The unit is quite lovely, and the view is beautiful. However, the dishwasher didn't work well the entire time I was there. The driveway is quite steep, which makes de-icing it or taking the trash to the curb difficult. Definitely a nice place, but with a few issues.
