I moved into J's place May 2023, thinking I would only need to be there a few months. The few months turned into a year, J is AMAZING! She is very accommodating, friendly, funny and outgoing. She also LOVES dogs! The neighborhood is quiet, great for walks and across the street is an elementary school. There is also easy access to the RTD Light Rail W line.
My significant other and I rented this place for my travel contract and it was perfect for location and neighborhood. For working night shifts, it was typically about a 30-45min drive to anywhere inside the metro area (I worked at multiple locations). Clean quiet and the balcony was a nice touch for the warmer months. Its close to everything you could need as well

Hi! Im Julie. Im an outgoing and energetic person who enjoys chill nights during the week. I partake in the Colorado lifestyle of skiing, hiking and spending time with friends. I have 1 small senior non shedding dog named April- mini poodle. Occasionally, I do Rover on the side because I love dogs.
