Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apt. in Historic Mansion in Reading, PA

I stayed in this apartment while on assignment as a travel nurse at Tower Health. Its a very short commute to Reading Hospital in a quiet, beautiful, walkable neighborhood. The unit itself is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and spacious for one person. Neighbors are quiet, making it perfect for a night shift worker to get good sleep. It has easy access to the highway to navigate to shopping opportunities as well. Landlords are very responsive and easy to work with. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend.

My husband and I are traveling physical therapists and we stayed at this property for a 13-week contract. L and D were very attentive to our needs; if something needed addressed, they acted promptly to resolve the issue. For example, something was wrong with the heat one night, and D came over to investigate the issue immediately; she quickly resolved the matter. When we were out of town for a week and couldn't stay parked on the street, L and D were kind enough to allow us to park our car in the driveway. The apartment is beautiful and L and D are very conscious of providing good quality to their tenants. (4/5) stars only because the location tended to be on the noisier side during the week and weekends, and the laundry units only run for a 20-minute cycle. All in all, we enjoyed our travel contract in Reading, PA, and we are excited for more adventures as traveling PTs!

D and L are great people to rent from, they are so friendly and easy to communicate with. They take excellent care of their properties and are always around if you need anything or have any issues. I stayed here for 2 months while doing clinical at Reading Hospital. The apartment was great, kitchen was well stocked, had everything you needed. It was in a quiet part of the city with plenty of off street parking. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a short term rental!
