Harbor view apartment

This apartment is in the most convenient location to downtown Rockland. I loved taking my morning walk to Rock City Coffee, and how close the place was to all the essentials, including Pen Bay Med (oh, and Jess's fish market -- gotta have my Maine seafood). The tenants next door and in the floor above were all so kind, wonderful, and quiet. Best of all, the landlord was the most attentive I've come across yet. Any questions, any needs, anything at all -- they will get answered immediately. I had an excellent stay in every aspect.

First of all let me say if you need to rent an apartment that is literally minutes away from Pen Bay Hospital - this is the one you want! You can see the ocean from the apartment (Rockland Harbor), you can walk on the beautiful boardwalk which takes you to the downtown shops and restaurants, or you can walk about 5 minutes to a local beach with an amazing view of Rockland Harbor. This area has everything you could possibly need all less than 10 minutes away restaurants, movie theater, Walmart, Hannaford, Shaws, Home Depot, Lowes, everything and an awesome downtown area with small local shops. The apartment itself is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meal and there is no one next to you, or above you to keep you awake at night! It's an apartment off the end of a house with its own entrance. The owner was absolutely amazing and accommodating as he installed a new high speed cable router and paid for YouTube Tv so there were plenty of things to watch at night. Sue M.
