I loved my stay. What a hidden treasure in NYC! The owners were extremely nice, kind, responsive, and accommodating. They responded to me promptly before my arrival to make my arrival smoothly and during my stay to make me feel most comfortable. My apartment was so spacious, clean, fresh, and quiet which was fully furnished and well equipped. They even had all kitchenware and utensils. I felt safe and like home the whole time. I didnt need to bring anything with me but my clothes. Last but not least, the rate was really reasonable for NYC. Its close to public transportations. Subway is just a couple blocks away. Thank you so much for everything!

We stayed in this property for 3 months and had the most amazing landlords anyone could hope for. C and S were so accommodating and professional. The property itself is so well maintained and comfortable. Literally only need to bring your clothing anything you think you need for a long stay is provided. The property is kept so clean and very accessible to the C train, grocery and laundry. Thank you C and S for everything. We will miss y'all.

This apartment was perfect! A really nice, quiet street, plus the entrance is on the back of the house so street noise is ever more reduced. C and S live in the building and are great. They were amazing hosts, so generous, and always pleasant to interact with. We stayed with our dog, and the street was nice for walking him. Every amenity needed was provided. Even though it is a small one-bedroom, nothing felt lacking. Two great TVs meant my husband and I could each watch our own show - perfect! I highly recommend staying here!

I absolutely LOVED staying here! My plan was to stay here for 3 months however I decided to extend my stay and my contract on my Travel assignment. The landlords were so accommodating and attended to all concerns. They made themselves available for whatever I needed. They are very friendly and made me feel so welcomed during my stay there. I quickly felt like I was a part of the family. In regard to parking, youd think because it was BK it would be challenging but it was actually quite the opposite. Nights that I got home late from hanging out, if they saw that I circled the block a couple of times, theyd text or call me and move their car for me to park. If I planned to be at Rikers long term, theres no doubt that I wouldnt have been here longer.
