I had rented from C & M for about a year. The room, bathroom, and communal areas were very clean and accomodating when I arrived. C & M are very sweet and caring and will do your best to take care of you and ensure your safety. I gained new friends here including their dogs!
I rented a room from C and M while I worked at Stanford, even tho you have to cross a bridge it was very convenient & easy to get to Stanford. The room was perfect. I was so happy with my decision. They love dogs & will accept & take care of your dog like their own as they did for me & my fur baby! They are the most caring & best people I have met in my travels. I was sad to leave. I have gained some really good friends that will be In My life forever. Thank you C & M cant wait for you to visit me & Pip xoxoxo

My husband and I Love outdoors and our dogs. I am a real San Francisco foodie and 60's hippie. No drugs allowed. Dogs welcome, but no cats or birds due to hubby's allergies. We are quiet but social, love to cook and hike. We fostered teens for 20 years.
