You couldn't find a better spot and landlords in Tulare than at this blessed home. The owners are very reasonable and attentive to any needs that may arise. Easy to talk to and they take pride in their home as evidenced by the immaculate condition. If in the area again, I will definitely rent here.

Couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Owners are very kind and responsive to any problems. The neighborhood is quiet and is in a great location. I felt very safe and comfortable in this rental. Rented this property for 16 months without issue. I would not think twice about renting this property again. Truly an amazing experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the landlords! D and his wife K were absolutely phenomenal and we felt truly lucky to find such sweet and generous people along with this beautiful property in the short time we had. Staying here you can be rest assured you will be taken care of. Somethings not working? D is over within a day to take care of it, have a question about something? D is responding within the hour. There were multiple occasions that something (such as the dish washer making a weird noise or the carbon monoxide alarm beeping) would happen and he was there within 15 minutes. They are so accommodating and the house is so beautiful its easy to feel right at home. You cannot find a better location or a better landlord.D and K were so sweet they even invited us to Easter Sunday with their family since we were away from ours. Please feel lucky when you stay at their home, youve been blessed to meet the best people in Tulare.

I stayed for roughly 3 months and the time just flew. The couple that hosts this site were very inviting, easy to reach and accommodating. The home is well stocked with necessities I wasnt expecting to find and was very clean upon check in. Its location was near places but not in city. If you plan to stay at this location long term I recommend a few things. Use Amazon Drop Box instead of delivery to home (theres one a mile away) as many kids walk past and may be enticed to take it. Like train sounds: one goes past in far distance and can often hear the whistle (no joke its a treat) Be ready to meet the nicest couple ever! Unfortunately, as a traveling healthcare provider I had to move on and was sad to leave. I genuinely hope my future stays at other Furnished Finders locations are as nice as this.
