I've stayed at this property 3 separate times over the last 3 year while working at UHH in Dodgeville. The 3 bedrooms are an ample amount of space that can easily be shared by 2 (or maybe 3 if they they don't bring too many belonging with them). But even for 1 person, it is very affordable! Amy, the landlord respond quickly to texts and maintenance requests if there are any. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; I've had packages sitting outside, undisturbed, for over a day. All-in-all a good place to stay during your contract.

My husband and I live on a farm outside Mineral Point with our children and menagerie of animals. We are available to address any concerns you have at the house. We live just 10 minutes away!
