Cozy Room in Newly Remodeled Townhome

Living at Kristen's has been amazing. The neighborhood feels incredibly safe and quiet. Safeway is a 2 minute walk across the road which is super convenient. The house is clean, spacious and cozy and only a 10-15 minute drive from Colorado Children's hospital with traffic being a rarity. Kristen is really accommodating, kind and laid back - getting to know her has been a treat. I highly recommend staying with her!

Living with Kristen was an absolute dream. She were the most considerate and respectful roommate I could ever ask for! This room is the perfect home away from home. Kristen made me feel so welcome, I never felt like I was living in someone else's space and that common areas were equally my own. The house itself is very clean and in a safe neighborhood with easy access to University campus and other hospitals in the area. It has everything you need with towels, linens, and use of kitchen items so you don't need to worry about bringing anything. In short this is a travel nurse's dream rental. Value for the money, this place can't be beat! Definitely the best room rental experience I've had as a traveler.

I absolutely loved this gem of a place. K the owner, and fellow male roommate were super sweet and genuine. The place was perfect for my needs of travel to the airport and hospital area as well as to Glendale, CO. A nice perk of the place is bi-weekly cleaning that is included in rent and all the tv apps! There are also already two dogs that are very friendly, so no pets allowed. The place is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and a Safeway grocery store is right across the street for added convenience. Loved my entire time here.
