The home is nicely spread out with two nice sized bedrooms and one bath/tub in the main house and one bedroom/ one bathroom guesthouse that sits right outside the back door in the lovely courtyard. House is fully stocked with everything you need and them some. Including a huge game selection and bbq grill. Great family friendly neighborhood and very walkable.

This place is great! The house has a great feel in an awesome downtown barrio. About a mile from the main drag with breweries, restaurants, live music, etc. the space is self is bright, super clean and spacious. The back patio is perfect to wind down after a long day. I would have stayed longer if I could.

Hello my name is Mike Acedo and I'm a fifth generation tucsonain. My pride and joy is my son Cole Acedo who is 19 and studying Environmental Sciences at the U of A. I love the outdoors and especially riding my bike on the loop. I co-own Synergy with my sister Berna. Synergy is an adult daycare center for adults with disabilities.
