Aurium 6 of 338 E Portland St, Downtown Phoenix AZ

It was a great location to commute to the local hospital and close to the downtown Phoenix and Roosevelt row during first Fridays. Did have some problems with some homeless that hang out in the area. Other than the 2 instances, they mainly kept to themselves/ dug through the garbage. We throughly enjoyed the king size bed. Other furniture is IKEA quality but worked ok for the short time we were there. Roku TV was great and great working TV for the other streaming services. Owner very responsive to communication and property concerns/ issues

Great location within walking distance of downtown businesses and events! Easy to drive to major highways. Clean and up to date amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Wasnt gonna post a review but since the owner sent a message offering a 25$ Starbucks gift card here is my honest rating. If you are a travel nurse with a pet and work at a nearby hospital this place is convenient. That being said, there was an array of issues that went on in the apartments (had to move out of one to the other due to a rat being in the kitchen walls). The owner is really good at trying to mitigate issues so you can enjoy your stay. However, after the dishwasher not working for what seemed like a month I was ready to get out of there. They only cover 100$ in utilities in Arizona. Suffice to say my electric bill was around went way over that. The front yard is the best thing if you have a dogo. Furniture is all IKEA. For the price it SHOULD* be better. But here we are. Pros : convenient- owner tries to make it work. Cons: everything Ive listed above

Perfect location in downtown Phoenix. Very walkable area. Landlord is nice. Limited gated parking but lots of street parking. Could use a loveseat instead of a small futon. A remodeled apartment but my shower head wasnt fully bolted in, bathroom mirror wasnt actually attached to wall, bedroom and bathroom door didnt fully close and lock. Some minor things to be fixed and easily a 4-5 star place.

Nice clean location close to downtown area and very walkable. Great security and landlord is quick to address issues. Assigned parking definitely needed for this location.

Beware, make sure you are there for final check out/walk through. They claimed we stole a toilet bowl brush, and the front door mat, some cheap dish towels.. kept $600 of our deposit. I have been traveling for 4 years and never had this happen before : ( Place is also much cheaper quality than the photos show. Would not rent here again.
