Le Petit Chalet near Downtown

I spent a month in Gainesville and enjoyed my stay here. The house was clean on arrival and offered a great amount of room and privacy for a very reasonable price including a huge backyard. The landlord was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect small home on the outskirts of Gainesville. Quiet neighborhood, secluded on a corner lot. Fenced in big backyard. The landlord was always available by simple text or call. It is a smaller home, but perfect for two people and had enough space for when guests came to stay. Highly recommend this property. Only a 7 minute drive to Shands. And everything else you would need (groceries, restaurants, downtown) is only a short maybe 5 minutes drive!
