D is very responsive. He replies messages in a very timely manner. He is respectful and understanding. There was no hassle communicating with him. He refunded me the $50 deposit after my contract falls off, which supposed to be non-refundable. This shows his kindness. The rent of his property is competitive.

Owner is very friendly and available if you need anything or have question. Room is cozy, but if you work nights pretty brings while youre trying to sleep. Ive mentioned this to owner and said he would address issue. Common areas a clean and have what you need. Only a mile to Sparrow and any kind of shopping you need is about 15 min in any direction.
