Share home with private room

My contract was cut, therefore I did not have 30 days notice, which was in the lease agreement. When I spoke to her about that she said if I clean the room and brought the linens down she would return my deposit"since it is Christmas". However, when all said and done she went back on her word even though I have it in text that she would return the deposit. As other travelers know it can take 2 to 4 weeks to get something else lined up and I was not expecting this to happen. Overall the house was very comfortable, clean, tidy. I had not had any previous issue staying in the home. I don't like when you kick a person when when they're down.

As a mature adult, the idea of sharing space with strangers was disturbing. However, if perfect is possible, this is it. It is close enough to the hospital for it to make more sense (to me) to walk to work, rather than drive. The owner and her sister are absolutely lovely people. The home is beautiful and especially designed for women to feel comfortable sharing living space. It is a healthy, safe and peaceful environment. They created a home away from home for me - giving as much privacy as desired/needed, while extending an invitation to participate, if desired. This was a wonderful experience, with warm memories. D is the most wonderful host! I absolutely loved staying in her home for 2 months while I was on a Physical Therapy Clinical rotation. Her back patio was my favorite place to spend time, it is so cozy and private back there. The large and clean kitchen is a cooks dream! I enjoyed sharing conversation with D and her sister frequently. They were both so generous and welcoming. I also felt very safe at this home as she has full security system, key for your bedroom door and a pin code lock for the entrance. Great location as its close to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores etc. the bedroom was quiet and comfortable and had lots of space for all of my belongings. It really felt like a home away from home! Couldnt recommend it more.

The owner ans her sister were very nice. I felt safe while I was staying there. She takes steps to make sure that her tenants are safe. The house is very clean and close to the hospital.
