My husband and I are travel nurses. This apartment was great for both of us. We were able to rest comfortably with our dog and cat. The backyard is nice and fenced in. There are great trails nearby for people to explore.

Listing is misrepresented. You will arrive to a unit that is dirty, kitchen not stocked, oven not functioning, monthly rate not worth compared to what landlord has listed above. He is very slow to address issues. Gas stove was hit or miss when turning on to cook and landlord essentially said he was busy for a couple days to fix and that I should use a lighter to get flame going. Vacated unit after five days and somehow landlord found another tenant to rent unit after me. I am still good friends with the other tenants in complex and was told next tenant did not last 24 hours. I needed to hire a lawyer to get landlord to chalk up portion of refund.

We regret that H had a bad experience at our house, However, shes left many slandering and untruthful remarks of what happened to which I want to respond to: - Our unit is not dirty, but its also not a new house so while it is cute its not perfect, we immediately offered refund of cleaning fee for the deficiencies she felt. Had we known prior to her leaving that it had a low supply of forks or pans we would Have purchased new. - Gas cook top is an older style & if not used everyday is slow to start. - Guest states she vacated after 5 days but she stayed for 10, which shows the malicious intent of the review. - No lawyers were involved. She received her deposit, cleaning fee and a large porton of rent refunded in less that 30 days from vacating. - Current guest was scheduled to stay in another unit I offer & when this one came back available he requested to switch & is still our guest. We made every effort during her stay to meet her needs, but could not be pleased.

Me and my little family had a wonderful stay here. Its a really quiet neighborhood and a beautiful home. Huge thanks to M for being the best host and responding to our every need.
