Very well maintained 55+ gated community nestled next to a well-maintained subdivision, 3 minutes from the I-10 onramp. Restaurants, fast food and grocery are close by. A new river-walk along the Blackwater River and river boating, rafting etc. are also close. A lovely area away from the noise and traffic of Pensacola, but within easy reach of additional amenities there.
