Beautiful South Hill apartment close to hospitals and downtown

We had a great time living here while traveling to Spokane. The unit has plenty of space, it's close to amenities and stores, and there are very walkable neighborhoods in this area. There is easy access to trails right behind the house and the Rocket Market is pretty amazing for last minute needs. K was great to work with and was always prompt with responses when we needed something. There are thoughtful touches throughout the home and it is well stocked with everything you should need. We couldn't have asked for a better location and comfortable place to live, highly recommended!

We stayed here for two months and I was honestly sad to leave. I cannot say enough good things about this condo! It was very quiet, wonderful sunset views through the big bay windows and back deck, beautifully updated and clean, stocked with all of the amenities and essentials for your home away from home. The owners are very easy to communicate with and good hosts. The location is supreme. Rocket Market is right next door and has a natural grocery, coffee and pastries. You are right near high drive for some of the best views and walking/running in Spokane. Sacred Heart and Deaconess hospitals are just a few miles away. Traffic is minimal as this is primarily a residential area. If you are coming to Spokane, this is the absolute best find for traveling professionals. It gets a gold star from me!

I stayed at K and T's duplex on South Hill for about 6 months. They were wonderful to communicate with when coordinating when we were arriving and getting paperwork completed in a timely manner. This place is a perfect location, especially for travel medical staff working at Sacred Heart, because it is approx. 7 min away. South Hill has lots of restaurants, trails, and parks! Rocket Market is dangerously close and I go way too much. Make sure to do their wine classes and listen to live music twice weekly! This unit was perfect for me and my furry friend who travels with me. 2 beds w/ 1 bath and a washer/dryer in the unit. I only had one issue while I lived here and they were very fast to resolve it. The kitchen is fully stocked plus a little extra. I really appreciated having a garage too. This unit is on the top level, but I've never heard any downstairs neighbors. This place feels like home, and I'm sad to leave it to go to another city. Thank you for the stay!
