Clovis North - Close to Clovis Community Hospital

My husband, pup and I had the best housing experience during our 2+ years of traveling during our stay at D's property! Our host, D, was the most gracious and helpful host. We had no issues during our 3 month stay because she was so proactive in taking care of the home. The home itself is incredibly well stocked in the kitchen and linens throughout the home and we quickly felt right at home. The location of this home is in a very safe neighborhood where I felt safe running daily in the dark and unusual hours. It is also so close to so many stores, restaurants, multiple great parks and trails and a great brewery! The host was so respectful and kind and made us feel like family. Could not recommend this property more!

I travel with my significant other and small dog. We have done nursing travel assignments at many different locations. This has by far been the best living situation for any of my assignments. We stayed there for six months and wish it could have been for longer. The house itself is wonderful with zero issues. The furnishings and supplies are very well-equipped to be able to make yourself at home right away and super clean. The street it is located on is tucked inside a pleasant, safe neighborhood. It was also close to Clovis Community Hospital where I worked. My boyfriend loved the office so that he could easily have the space and furniture to work from home. The property owners are lovely people who treated us with tremendous hospitality (they even had us over Thanksgiving since we're out of state & new). All they ask is to treat the home and furnishings with care. Staying at this house was stress-free from start to finish and checks every box you would want in a rental.

This is a beautiful home. It has everything you need from kitchen necessities to bathroom essentials. Youll have a garage and a decent sized backyard. We stayed here for a month and a half. Just be careful with every single item in the house because the host will know if something ends up being missing or broken. If you plan to bring your touchy young kids like we did, dont have them go near the stove knobs or the blinds because that is what end up being broken for us. We lost all our security deposit plus more due to the damages. We had to pay extra for going beyond the electric bill limit. Its all in the contract so please make sure to read it in its entirety. All adults must be listed in the contract per the host. Overall, it was a smooth and peaceful stay. The home is newly renovated which is why the host values it so much. Treat it the same way you would treat yours. 5 stars for me and my family.

The property was in a wonderful, quiet community. They just renovated it, everything was new and clean. The layout was great there was plenty of space and the backyard was very nice to relax at the end of the day. The neighbors were lovely and their parks and plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating throughout the stay as well. We loved our time there and would highly recommend this location they do a wonderful job and its a great home. That was very comfortable as well.
