Sugarhouse 2 Bed/2 Bath

We have loved our stay here! My boyfriend and I came to Utah for what was supposed to be 1 winter and turned into 2+years. Sam's condo was the perfect place for us, we are only leaving because we purchased a place of our own. The condo itself is extremely spacious, with a large gear room and giant master bedroom/living room. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and has everything you may need for a short or long term stay. The complex is quiet and has a nice pool. The location has been great for quick access to skiing, restaurants, and local parks (Liberty Park, Sugarhouse Park). We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful rental!

Beautiful quiet condo! Clean, bright, tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy! I loved staying here and the owner is super responsive! Definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a quiet and spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen and apartment was stocked with all the appliances, pans, etc that I needed. The large living room tv and in-unit washer and dryer were extra perks. The beds were also very comfortable. The landlord was responsive and easy to get a hold of. I have no complaints from my stay here. It is a really nice and well kept apartment.
