Quiet home in the heart of Belmar, Lakewood

Helen is prompt with communication which I appreciate. She has created a living area that feels like your own space in her beautiful home. Helen made me feel right at home with her kind smile and caring personality. The neighborhood is safe and is walking distance to the gym, grocery store, and several restaurants. I would recommend a stay with Helen to anyone. I will miss her and thank her for opening her home up to me. 10/10

Helen is an excellent landlord. Her home is exceptionally clean, and she genuinely cares for her renters. She is very respectful with her guests and responsive to their needs. The enclosed back porch is a lovely place to relax when the weather is nice, and the neighborhood is very safe. I would rent with her again!

This was my first time using Furnished Finders. H was such a wonderful landlord to not only me but the other house guests as well. She does cook outs for the guests and fixed dinner for us on my last night with them. She went out on rides with me on some of my off days as I was exploring the surrounding sights. I had such a great time at her house. I am a night shift nurse and the room I had was on the north side of the house. It was dark enough that I had no trouble sleeping during the day. She let me use a standing fan for noise reduction and it worked. I slept great. I used the kitchen and shared the space with other guest with no issues. This site is wonderful for day or night shift people. I would gladly stay here again if I were back to working in the Denver area. The house is located in a safe area and was quiet enough for a night shifter to actually sleep. A great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Helen's property. She is a great host that takes pride in ensuring the cleanliness of the home. The home is always quiet so you're able to have a good night's rest after your shift. She also loves hosting barbecues and make sure to involve her guests which is so nice of her. The bed was comfortable, water is always hot and you're able to control the temperature of your room which is great. Overall my stay was spectacular, I felt at home for the entire time.

If you are a healthcare professional, this is the place for you, especially if you work nights. I enjoyed my stay at H's house. Her heart is genuinely in hospitality, and she takes pride in her clean home and hosting guests. She practices mindfulness and shares her healthy lifestyle with with her tenants. She even gave me my plant to take care of for my room! Shehas a beautiful landscape and a small garden that she shares vegetables from, with a large sunroom and a PH water filtration system. She enjoys hosting BBQs that include steak and pork and cooks delicious Vietnamese Pho. I will be back in the future!
