I highly recommend this apartment if you're in the Sterling area. I loved staying there. It was very clean and spacious. Also very quiet. The landlord and her son were very nice and accommodating. Asking if everything was ok and offered to help me unload and load my belongings. If I ever work in the Sterling area again this is definitely where I would like to stay again.

This property was amazing very quiet and comfortable felt like home! The landlords were always helpful and always their when needed them.

Apartment is not typical dark basement. Enough windows to make it comfortable. Owners very nice, no issues there at all. Good area of town. Off street parking a plus! Back entrance to Apartment into sun room. Backyard cozy. I loved sitting outside watching the squirrels play.
