Hello! My name is Brianne and I'm a nurse & a homeowner looking to rent out our private studio to a travel healthcare worker. I grew up in the Bay Area and my fiance, Charlie and I just bought this house in North San Jose in 2021. We are friendly and welcoming but want to give our renters complete privacy so we have set up a safe space with its own entrance and exit and brand new amenities in unit.
