We really enjoyed our time staying here. There are quite a few areas in Tacoma that are sketchy, but Ruston is NOT one of them! We felt extremely safe in this house/neighborhood. Never had any issues with noise or anything like that with the neighbors. Our dog loved the big yard and doggie door. The landlord Stacey was very friendly and quick to respond if we ever needed anything. This whole area is pretty expensive in general, but I feel like the price you pay here is very fair, especially considering what you get. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
