The owner I truly adored. Remember this is an old bldg. However, it was quite comfortable, every kitchen thing you would need and more. The owner is very receptive to your needs all you need is ask. Her prices are fair and comparative. I would absolutely stay there again. Neighborhood is so quiet. its close to both hospitals, fresh market right around the corner and there is parking behind the bldg. on a first come first serve,
