Beautiful, quiet, warm and fresh 2bd 1bath

This small home on a gated property was in the perfect location from town and the hospital. Walking out the front gate you can circle the quaint neighborhood or head off on foot to Jughandle State Reserve. The house was nicely furnished, warmed by a woodburning stove, kitchen was well stocked with all cookware and utensils and the owners are super friendly and responsive. The fresh eggs from the chickens was a real added bonus! Nice neighbors on the property too. All utilities including drinking water, wi-fi, electricity and propane. Plus we were allowed to have our 2 cats and dog (with a monthly fee). Only negatives: the wi-fi reception wasn't that great but could work better with an extender. We had a bit of an ant problem - owner had exterminator out. There was only one functioning washer (with only cold water) and dryer to share with all the tenants. So, doing laundry could be a bit difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend!

This was such a comfortable stay! The house was stocked with everything I needed. The owner was super responsive and kind. The property is within a gated community so it felt super safe. It was clean, spacious, and bright inside. The bed was super comfy and big. This home was ideal for a traveler working at the hospital! Highly recommend
