Honeycomb Hive in South East Murfreesboro

We had a wonderful stay at Honeycomb Hive. The house was comfortable, cute, and was well stocked with kitchen basics, cleaning supplies, linens, towels, etc. The house is located within easy walking distance of a beautiful paved greenway (about 0.3 mi walk) which was so nice! Our daughter loved the backyard and there is a great playground (Barfield Park) right across the road from the neighborhood entrance. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and the neighbors were friendly. L was a wonderful host and very responsive if we needed anything.

Great neighborhood, very quiet. The owner, L, is very weird. Wanted to befriend us and ask all kinds of personal questions. She lives a few streets over and drives by the house a few times a day. When we moved out, she tried to nickel and dime us on the smallest things. Accused us of taking clothes hangers and charged us 10 dollars per hanger. Also accused us of taking a wooden spoon. She took these items out of our security deposit.

This is a beautiful, place in a quiet neighborhood, very close to biking trials. The owners are exceptionally nice, and accommodated my family very well in our move to TN, when we needed a place to stay until our house purchase closed. Upon move in we immediately felt at home, and everything we needed was provided. I will say that the price felt high upon first searching but after staying for the month it was very reasonable. All utilities were included as well as the high speed internet, I basically had to pay for food so my monthly budget did not seem to be affected in any way. It is conveniently close to restaurants and many other activities in Murfreesboro as well as a short jump to highway 24, which gets you to Nashville in about 40 min.
