Very quiet and work friendly. House was very clean and comfortable. Never had any issues with the landlord. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great value and a nice place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

not recommended at all. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not safe at all especially after the sunset. Plenty of home invasion. The house is good tho but be prepared to deal with a bossy unfriendly owner + another 2 people that keeps coming back and forth to check the property and taking pics without your permission/knowledge. Make sure you get the deposit money right after the inspection otherwise no way to get your money back. Dont let the pictures foul you. Your safety is number one priority. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Mr. S, I am shocked by your review to say that the neighborhood is unsafe, and the pictures are not what the property looks like. When you and I both know, that is a false statement. You and I have spoken on numerous occasions, and you stated how comfortable you were. The problem began when you broke the lease, and the property was damaged. I agreed to return half of your deposit out of courtesy because you were having family problems. I am sorry you feel your stay was unpleasant, even if you texted me numerous times on how pleasant the property was well kept..

The property is very clean and neat. My husband and I felt at home at this property. The property owner was very accommodating with our needs.
