Chic Downtown Retreat

The house is well-equipped with essentials for a comfortable short-term stay, but a few maintenance issues significantly affected our experience. Several cabinets were loose, and some windows didn't close properly, which allowed rainwater and bugs to enter. Despite bringing these concerns to the landlord's attention, no action was taken. Additionally, although a cleaning fee is charged, we found previous dog hair and other hairs throughout the apartment, and the vents were covered in dust. The downtown location is also quite noisy, which could be a concern for those sensitive to sound. While the house has potential, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall experience.

This property was a joy to stay in. It's location was perfect. The downtown life of Racine, was a pleasant little town. The apartment was perfect for me and my stay in the area. The property owners are terrific people. I would definitely recommend any property they have for rent. The apartment comes with a monthly cleaning service and it is will worth the value of the apartment. I enjoyed my time here , with such a great place to stay and good people incharge of the property , I wish all the properties were managed the same as this one. They would all be a joy to stay in for what ever time you need to be there.
