Property is private, safe, clean. Housemates are friendly and cordial - one owns, one leases from the owner. I had great privacy but also made some new friends. If you like wildlife, there are trails all around. I actually spotted a young bear, a deer, raccoon, groundhog, turkey flocks while living there. Geese blocked my departure one day for about 5 minutes trying to determine which side of the road to move. My contract ended and I moved on, but alas I made new friends and felt very comfortable and welcome. Perfect for traveling medical people.
