I loved staying at this house. It had a great location, you are walking distance to downtown Ashland. Very close to hikes in the area. B is a great landlord. If I ever had a problem with anything, he would be over almost immediately to fix it. Having the garden in the yard was an extra plus as well. The house is also tucked away so there is very little noise from the road.
