QUIET South Side, 2 bdrm apt, W/D on site

Robin is an amazing landlord! Very quick to respond and she will work with you on what you need with housing. We preplanned for me to stay at these apartments for 1 month and then move into a duplex of hers to better fit my needs and the transition was so smooth! Honestly I felt very comfortable in the apartments and would have been happy staying there the whole time :) You can't go wrong with Robin as your landlord.

I stayed at robins apartment for 6 months! I had a lovely time! It was very quiet and I felt safe! When there was an issue she was very fast to respond and fix the problem quickly! Robin was a nice and friendly land lord! All the basic necessities were included and it was very clean!

The apartment had all of the basic necessities except for a dishwasher, but based on others I talked to in the area this seemed to be the case with the majority of apartments in the area. There is a train that can be heard cutting through town somewhat regularly, but it wasn't overly loud based on the location of this apartment and I doubt there is an area in town in which it can't be heard. The interior of the apartment was clean and there was a snow removal service scheduled to keep the walkway clear during the winter months. The landlord is quick with responses to text and usually responds within an hour.

R is such a helpful and considerate landlord who has gone above and beyond for me. She has such wonderful properties in town. They are kept very clean and are in great locations. Highly recommend working with R!
