Lovely Studio Flat in a Private, Country Setting

This studio is on a horse ranch on a ridge that has the most amazing views during the day and night! My stay was 6 months and the landlords are so friendly and accommodating to all needs. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes. The studio is so comfortable and in a very safe area, 18 miles from the coast of Bodega Bay and a good midway spot between Petaluma Valley Hospital (15 minute drive) and Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Regional Trauma Center (20 minute drive), quick drive to Napa, Calistoga and Sonoma wine country. I really loved my stay here, watching the hummingbirds fly around all fall and winter, the deer roaming at dusk. The horses are beautiful to watch as they are ridden all over the property. I enjoyed the fresh Meyer Lemons growing on the property the owners shared. This was the most comfortable and safe home away from home I have had during my travel as a medical professional. I definitely recommend this studio.

I stayed here while working a harvest at a winery and I couldn't have found a better place. The flat has all the necessary amenities, is very spacious and peaceful, and has amazing views. All the animals on the ranch are very friendly and sweet. The hosts are incredible people as well. They couldn't have been more welcoming. It's been almost two years since I've stayed there and I still keep in touch with them. It was a life changing stay!

I lived in this studio for one year and had a wonderful stay! It has beautiful scenic views and is very peaceful and private being a horse ranch on top of the hill away from the busy city. Great location, close to Sebastopol 15min, downtown Santa Rosa 25 min, bodega bay 30min. There are several adorable animals (horses, dogs, cats) roaming the property. N and S are amazing hosts, very respectful and helpful if I ever needed anything. The studio is spacious with a full kitchen; the studio is attached to their home via hallway door. Highly recommend!
